5. Directors and Company Secretary

The Chamber has Directors and a Company Secretary in accordance with its Articles of Association. The main business of the Chamber is conducted through the Officers and Executive Committee (see paragraph 6). Directors are members and either existing or past Chairman or Deputy-Chairman.
