11. Extraordinary General Meetings

11.1 An Extraordinary General Meeting may be called at any time upon either a resolution of the Executive Committee or a requisition setting out the resolution or resolutions to be proposed which is signed by not less than 15 members and served upon the Executive Committee by personal delivery or recorded delivery post.

11.2 Not less than 21 days’ notice of the meeting must be given, with full particulars of the business to be transacted.
