Get ready for Small Business Saturday on December 2nd

This Saturday - December 2nd - is expected to be one of the busiest shopping days of the year, and Wandsworth Council is encouraging borough shops to make the most of it by joining in Small Business Saturday

Small Business Saturday is a national campaign that promotes the benefits of shopping locally and gives small businesses a chance to attract new customers who hopefully will return again and again.

The council's supporting the event as part of its Shop Small, Shop Local Christmas campaign, which encourages Wandsworth residents to spend their pounds in the borough's town centres, explore the wide range of shops on their doorstep and enjoy the lights ceremonies, festive events and Christmas fetes and markets taking place across the borough.

The council want Wandsworth Businesses to tell them about any special offers, promotions and events they are running on Small Business Saturday. These will be promoted via the council's social media channels in the run up to and on the day.

Let the council know what you are doing using the below email:

Small Business Saturday is supported by Wandsworth Council and Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce.
