Outline planning application to be made for the redevelopment of New Covent Garden Market

Linked to this and in order to finance the new Market CGMA has identified several areas that are suitable for mixed use development - including the Flower Market site. These will be included in their planning application and they are working with top quality architects on plans for this site and the main Market.
They have committed to the start of a search for a private development partner to work with them to deliver this new Market. They will start this search officially in early 2010 and have already seen great interest expressed by the development community.
