OPEN FORUM: We all want to make Tooting a better place to live, work and do business. The Council's 'Tooting Together' initiative has resulted in improvements in areas such as street cleaning, graffiti, and litter. Councillor James Cousins, WBC Cabinet Member for Regeneration, and Audrey Helps, the Tooting Town Centre Manager, will explain the Council's approach and plans.
