Chamber Chairman and CEO invited to the Mayor's first New Business in the Parlour

The Mayor, Cllr Jane Cooper, invited the Chamber Chairman Chris Wyatt and CEO Alastair Alexander to the first New Business in the Parlour. This event has been initiated by the Mayor herself to encourage new bsuinesses in the borough and help them in the contacts with the Council officers and to provide a boost to their networking. In addition to the two Chamber members, there were representatives from the Economic Development Office as well as a sample of established business from the borough.

In  all about 30 people were present giving a really dynamic start to an event the mayor wishes to hold on a regular basis and which will be strongly supported by the Chamber.
